Kelli grew up in a small farming community in South Dakota, where she developed an early appreciation for hard work, practicality, and taking care of the people around her. Those values continue to guide her today in a career that spans more than a decade in financial services and operational leadership, including prior roles with the City of Thousand Oaks and a private law firm.
At SABRE, Kelli serves as the organizational backbone of the firm. She oversees day-to-day operations, internal systems, and administrative processes, managing everything from staff onboarding and human resources to benefits coordination and regulatory compliance. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt in every client interaction and every smoothly executed transaction. She takes genuine satisfaction in building the structure and systems that allow the rest of the team to focus on delivering exceptional service.
Kelli holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a California Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association.
Outside the office, Kelli is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys hot yoga, hiking, outdoor adventures, music, and travel. She lives in Thousand Oaks, where she enjoys being close to her three grown children and her granddaughter.
