With more than 25 years in financial services, Blair brings a depth of experience that few can match, and a genuine commitment to using it in the service of the people and businesses he works with. His focus is on the corporate consulting and business advisory side of the practice, where he works with business owners, executives, and employees to design, implement, and support the kinds of plans and programs that protect what they've built and help them prepare for what comes next.

Before his career in financial services, Blair spent approximately 12 years as an independent business consultant and project manager, working across industries that ranged from sports-travel and seasonal retail to environmental and forestry services. That background gave him a practical, real-world lens through which he approaches every client relationship today.

Blair holds FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 licenses and provides life insurance, long-term care (LTC), and disability insurance (DI) across multiple states (CA License 0E00706). He holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). He has also earned the Compensation Management Specialist (CMS) and Retirement Planning Associate (RPA) certifications.

Blair graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in Economics and double minors in Spanish and Business Management, and completed a study abroad program in Spain through New York University. He is conversant in Spanish and enjoys the opportunity to connect with clients across different backgrounds and cultures.

A longtime resident of Portuguese Bend, Blair is actively involved in his community and in charitable work throughout the area. Outside of the office, he can be found sailing, surfing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, or working on one of his home or rental property remodeling projects. He and his wife enjoy traveling with their two daughters to experience new places and cultures.
