At SABRE Financial Services, Blair leads and oversees the corporate consulting & business advisory side of our practice. This includes the company and plan-level services, and participant-level support that the firm provides, in conjunction with the plans, programs and strategies that we design, implement and support on an on-going basis for business owners, executives and employees. He has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, serving clients across the country.  Prior to his career in financial services, Blair was an independent business consultant and project manager for approximately 12 years, serving five primary clients in the sports-travel, seasonal retail, sales & marketing, environmental and forestry industries.

In his position today, Blair enjoys helping business owners plan and prepare for their major life planning issues, goals and objectives, bridging clients’ personal/family financial planning, and their business interests. He and his team also help executives, managers and employees understand and maximize the plans and programs offered by their employers.

Blair really enjoys working with decision makers in businesses to help design, implement, and support programs that help protect and grow the business. His goal is to impact individuals in a positive way with good planning and the programs and services the firm provides.  His overall goal is to significantly impact the quality of life for the individuals he serves, and for their families, businesses, and communities.

In addition to his industry experience, Blair has Securities Licenses Series 7, 66 & 24, and provides Life Insurance, Long Term Care (LTC), and Disability Insurance (DI) in multiple states (CA License 0E00706).  He holds the professional designations of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), and he is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).  While working on his CEBS designation, Blair received two certifications as a Compensation Management Specialist (CMS), and a Retirement Planning Associate (RPA).  All of these designations and credentials show that he is dedicated to ongoing education and advisory services, and is committed to helping his clients to the best of his ability.

In addition to completing a study abroad program in Spain through New York University (NYU), Blair is a graduate of University of California, Irvine (UCI) where he obtained his BA degree in Economics and completed double minors in Spanish and Business Management.

Outside of the office, Blair enjoys sailing, hiking, horseback riding, golfing, surfing, kayaking and other outdoor activities. He also loves doing home and rental property improvement and remodeling projects. He is also very active in volunteer work in the community of Portuguese Bend where he has lived for over 30 years, as well as other charitable activities.  Blair is conversant in Spanish and enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters to see new people and places, and experience different cultures.
